  I love Muriel’s approach to teaching yoga; a beautiful mix of intuition and education, relaxed yet disciplined and always with a hint of a smile. Muriel is genuinely mindful of her students’ bodies by providing poses for all levels as well as their minds by seamlessly threading the philosophies behind the practice of yoga throughout her classes. Muriel also cares for the yoga community of Gladstone by hosting well-run, interesting workshops and retreats.   Muriel is an excellent yoga teacher, I enjoy her classes immensely. Her wealth of experience and personal style allows her to impart just the right amount of knowledge to us students, so we feel well equipped to practice, but not overwhelmed with too much detail.   I joined the beginner classes when I was looking for strategies to deal with stress. Muriel was very welcoming as she took us through some basic poses while teaching us the importance of connecting with our breathing and listening to our bodies. I've now moved on to the general classes and am growing in confidence thanks to Muriel's careful guidance. Jane
